Is french pattern suitable for small covered screen porch?

Question: My screen porch is 11' x 11' so only about 121 sq ft. Would the french pattern look good in this small space or should I go with smaller tiles?
Answer: The French pattern would look better if it is a larger area, however use of French Pattern in small areas are not rare. Here is a picture of French Pattern used in a small step area:
