Answer: Any damage incurred during transportation needs to be documented on the delivery receipt and noted with the driver, otherwise no claim can be filed.
Transportation damage is very clear upon first glance as outer pieces and edges of the pallet of Travertine will be visually and obviously broken.
Anything over 4% that was not damaged during shipment needs to be reported to Travertine Mart within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
